NFCA Solvency Program
Our system is facing some serious challenges right now - federal tax-exemption, maintenance of solvency and membership, to name a few - and how we respond to these issues will determine the future of the fraternal benefit system. As we continue our fight to preserve the federal tax-exemption, we also must stay focused on the solvency issue, which is why the NFCA has established a permanent solvency-oversight program, implemented through a new Department of Membership and Fraternal Services.
